I have the same issue. Reset password doesn't send reset link. So, I'm stuck and there's no help anywhere by phone chat or email.

Have you tried checking your junk/spam folders? Is it possible you're checking a different email than the one tied to the account?
Those are a few possibilities but if you're still having no luck, our Support Team can help. Send us an email and we can send you your customer code and number to call or assist further by email as well.
