I am unable to locate cust name in any the output reports for the POS transactions (transaction detail or items reports). Why does cust name not show up?
Customer name will show up on the reports if you add a customer contact to the sale. If you don't add a customer to the sale then there is not information for it to add to the report. It does not use card information to populate the customer name.
