So, I have two mag readers that I hadn’t used since 2014. One is broken, and the other comes up as outdated on the POS app. I’ve looked and looked, and cannot find a link to request a new one for free. Does this mean I have to buy a replacement for my outdated one, or do I get reimbursed in someway?
