Hello @Kickbackkicks I'm sorry you're having trouble with your order. I do not know why your order may have been declined. Did you make your register purchase with a credit card? As with any credit card purchase you have protections in making purchases. If you are unable to contact square you can always contact your credit card holding company (bank) and dispute a purchase if your transaction was declined. However, if this just happened in the last 24 hours, it may take that long for a reverse charge to show up on your card. I hope you are able to find a resolution to your situation.
