We have an item that is set up in the on-line store to have 14 options.
When our customer accesses the item in the online store interface on their browser, only the first 10 show up as options in the live customer facing online store.
How do we get all 14 to show up?
Hey @JG_Brewing thanks for posting. There shouldn't be any limit to the number of options you have displayed. Would you mind telling me which item this is happening with so I can take a closer look?
So we learned a lesson, While we had all of the items in the list, we didn't have a price on all 14 items only 10. Therefore, the program only shows the ones with a price associated for each item in the online drop down. It's working now.
We learned a good lesson and hopefully this post help others as well.
All items have prices but only 10 are showing in the store. Tried calling support but been on hold 45 minutes now and nobody answers
