Online ording for kitchen and bar - Batching of tickets to one table

Hi There,

We are wanting to implement online ordering for our custmers at the venue, the only issue i forsee is the Kitchen receiving multiple tickets from the same table when people are ordering seperatly. Is there a way to set up a ''lag'' time so that all the order coming from the same table within 3 min are going into a singular ticket?

Hi @Michele23 - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Square Seller Community👋

We don't currently have a feature to limit self-serve orders only but you can utilize a setting under the Fulfillment > Pickup & Delivery section of your Online Store Dashboard. Click on Advanced Settings and you'll be brought to the screen below. Any changes you make here will also take effect on your Self Serve orders as well.
