Online booking will not let my customers book

Customers are trying to book appointments. It will not allow them to pick a day. The calendar is grey. Unsure why. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Have you checked your calendar to confirm it corresponds to your availability? https://squareup.com/appointments/calendar

Also, confirm your visibility is open in your settings: https://squareup.com/appointments/booking/display_options
