Online Order Ticket Huge First Part with name and order number

When I print an online order ticket in my food truck, the first thing it prints is a stub with the order number and the name of the customer in giant letters. Then it prints the actual ticket.

Is there a way to turn off that first ticket? It's duplicate information and a waste of my printer paper.

Thanks in advance,

Stephan

Yup! From the POS Settings > Printers, tap the printer station in question and scroll down to toggle off Order Stubs.

I hope this helps! @FirebrickBread

Are those order ticket stubs the same stubs our customers get when they walk up to order? With the automatically assigned number on it?

Stepping in here for @JustinC - yes, the Order Stubs are the small stubs with the number and name of the customer displayed on them. Let us know if any other questions come up!

O.k. - so I want to print "Order Stubs" with the assigned number for our walk-up customers, but I don't really need them for our online orders. Especially if they're printing in this ridiculously large font. The Order Stub takes as much paper to print as the order itself! Is there any way to turn off the order stub for Online Orders only, or at least to make the font on the Online Order stubs smaller?

At this time, there isn't a way to turn off the Order Ticket Stub for a specific type of order, or to edit the font size of the Order Ticket Stubs @FirebrickBread - these would be considered Feature Requests.

Have you considered turning off the Order Ticket Stubs altogether, and re-printing Order Tickets for your walk-up customers for pickup? If you have lots of online orders lately, and not many walk-up customers, this option may work for you. Otherwise, we'll be sure to post an update here if something changes with these settings.
