Online Forms to integrate to square Customer database

Has anyone created an API or know of a way to have an online form, where a customer can email us for an appointment (we don't use square appointments which is a great product, but does not work for us), and allow them to enter their credit card number on the form, which can add them to the square customer database?  We have been doing all this by hand and with 4 locations has become very time consuming.  We require a card on file to hold appointments and would love to make this process easy.  Anyone have thoughts? I am willing to pay to develop this.

I can't help with that or know of a website to do that but be very careful with credit card numbers being transfered they must be encrypted and not transfered in plain text etc.
