Once an item is purchased can this automatically update my stock

My customer purchased an item, but I noticed that it doesn’t change my stock number. Is there a way to automatically enable the app to decrease your in stock number?

click on an item, click on the stock number (or none if there is none entered), click tracking toggle to enable it.
