Nothing happens when my customers sign up for my email subscription

I have an embedded form on my home page for customers to input their email and subscribe to my marketing. When they do that and hit "submit" , nothing happens, no confirmation, no pop up, nothing. Help!

HI, did you use the Contact Us? or was it a 3rd party form?

Contact Us allows to select an email for you to receive submissions.

If you used a 3rd party form, you would need to search their support pages for step-by-step instructions to add an email for submissions.
