This hasn't happened to me before. I did four sales yesterday and three of them were sent to my email as usual and one was mentioned in the daily report but no email was sent to me about that sale. Will there be a problem when it comes to depositing the funds in my bank account? Has anybody else had this happen? I did send a query to Support but haven't heard back from them yet.
Hi there, that does sound strange.
I'd recommend double checking your notification emails in your Square Dashboard, checking your Spam folder (sometimes they will randomly get filtered out), and also making sure the payment was captured properly in your transaction report.
