Not Receiving Email notifications

 My clients are receiving text notifications of upcoming appointments on the same day rather than the day before their appointment. One of them received the notification after she was already here for the appointment. Is there a setting I can change to make the appointment reminder go out 24 hours before the appointment instead of the same day?

Hey @Mary2315 - Within the Communications tab of your Appointments Dashboard, you'll have the option to set up how far in advance you want the reminder texts or emails to be sent to your clients.
