I'd like to setup an online store using the Square site builder that they offered before they integrated Weebly. Is there a way to set my store up the old way??
The Weebly Online Store is the new Square Online Store. At this time there is no way to revert to the old store.
Is there a feature the Weebly SOS is missing or we can help you navigate for a smoother expereince?
Is there a way we can make it so that items go live on a certain on a certain date on the webstore and disappear on a certain date or make it so that they are only available for 2 week?
Also what are the future plans for Weebly webstore? Like what can people look forward to?
We don't currently have a way to automate that, though you can mark items as unavailable manually until you are ready to sell them online. In a Square Online Store, items can be marked as unavailable, hidden, or visible. The differences between each are:
Unavailable: Completely unavailable on your online store
Hidden: Not included in any store pages or featured item sections, though you can still view it if you know the URL of the item page.
Visible: Included on store pages, featured item sections, etc.
Can we have that feature added to the online store? I feel like that would be very beneficial to a lot of companies using the service.

@aaron691 we can definitely continue to track this feature request for you - I see how important this can be to users too.
Also, we are constantly working on updates for the Weebly Online Store, so while I don't have a direct timeline for all of our updates and feature request releases, please know we have an entire team dedicated to making the Weebly Online Store the best it can be.
How can I create an old store that is using the old version? I don't want to use Weebly or anything else. I just want to use the old version.
Admins are not receiving Order received email after moving to Weebly Online Store
I contacted Weebly support, they said it was never an option. Which is not true. I do not have any forwarding set either. Weebly said only the main acct holder gets the email with square store and weebly as it is the same thing.
All admins used to get the orders as we are a club, we have different admins for different things. A membership coordinator, a merch coordinator and a web admin. They all need to see what comes in. They are only getting the payment email, which is not helpful. This saves a lot of time as they dont have to log into the Square store.
I find it odd, that it stopped working right after the "update" to weebly store.
How can other admins get the order detail email, besides setting forwarding or having each coordinator log into the store when they see a payment email?
Most importantly can I go back to the legacy Square Store?

It's not something you'll be able to do as we've fully integrated to Weebly.
