No confirmation for customers once they paid??

Why when someone clicks the button to donate, once they put in the amount and their card it just stays blank with no confirmation? We received the money however they should get something in order for them to know it went through

Hey @sandrawhite ! I would love to check into this further for you, but I have a few questions - What platform are you using to collect donations? Square's Legacy Online Store or the one powered by Weebly?
