How do I award my team commission when there is a no show protection charge rendered?
That’s a great question! I’m going to say what ever is best for your business. How is you No Show fee set up (meaning is it at 100% or is it a set price)? If you have your no show fee set to 100% of the service I would pay the individual based off what their commission rate is assigned. This way it encourages all teammates to make sure that every client/customer has a card on file.
