New to Square and wondering if after customer signs should I be prompted to send them receipt?

New to Square and wondering if after customer signs should I be prompted to send them receipt?  I am not being prompted to send recipt for transaction.  I have to go invoices and then select to resend.

depending on the customer and if they have used square at another vendor they may already have their email or phone number associated with their card and it will auto send a receipt to them without bringing up the receipt interface.
