New line (paragraph) in Item description

Some of my services have detailed descriptions and that is important for the customer to see in the estimate.  I can't figure out a way to start a new line or make paragraphs, when I save it everything just gets bunched together.

I attached a picture, I would like each sentence starting with a "-" to be on a new line.  Is this possible?

This is one of a couple dozen small issues that Square has been made aware of, yet they refuse to do anything about.

No one at Square cares about all of these small issues. They could be fixed very easily, but they simply ignore everyone asking them to do their jobs.

This is the most frustrating thing ever, who, in their right mind, will make this thing that it does not have the ability to have line break or keeping the format ???
It works here. I’m going to make a line break now.
