New Square Register: Track Sales by Employee?

I am currently tracking commissioned employee via square appointments. I ordered the new register and am worried if I will be able to differentiate what sale is attached to what employee at check out?

Yes, you can do this with the new Square Register!

Remember that the Square Register does not run Square Appointments, only the standard Square POS. 

Just like with the regular iPad app, you need to set up team management and passcodes for each employee - have each employee put in their passcode into the register and any sales will be attached to them and tracked as such.

Yes, there is a setting to lock out the register and prompt for an employee code before every transaction!

If you log into the square dashboard and go to the employees section you can setup an access passcode for each employee.

then under settings on the register you can set to lock after every transaction 😊
