Need template changed due to wording

If I used your promotion material for former customers I would need to have "Will contact customers who have not been in in the last 6 weeks" changed to having all customers back to the start of my using Square contacted. My business normally would only see a customer 1 or 2 times a year. Is this possible?

It sounds like you're referring to the automated email campaign for lapsed customers. Currently, the time range can't be adjusted for that campaign but I'll be sure to run your suggestion by our Product Liaison team.

 

Out of curiosity, can you share more information on why being able to edit the timing would be useful for your business? Depending on the type of message you need to get out to them, you might consider sending a blast campaign.
