Need help with manual transactions

I'm trying to take credit/debit card orders over the phone using the app and have some questions.

 

1. Do I need their 3 digit code on the back of their card? Or just their account number and exp date?

 

2. On the app, where do I go to make a manual transaction so I can enter their credit card info?

 

3. If a customer pays me $50.00, how much of the manual transaction fees will be taken out or how much will I have left over?

 

4. How do I send them their receipt? Do I just ask for their email address and email it to them?

All manual transactions can be made from the Point of Sale App.

A customer just pulled back 50.00 on a card that was swiped and signature taken. I would be very careful on phone orders that seem a lot less secure.

how do I pair up a blue tooth square up to an Iphone.  I am having a problem pairing up so that I can use it.  I know that the battery is fully charged but my iphone (blue tooth on) just oscillates and never completes the connection.  I have asked for help from square up but get no help.  I have asked for an adapter that will fit directly into my phone but no response.  Do you have a phone number for contact?

Sorry you are having issues connecting your contactless reader to your phone. Is that correct?
