Need customer service number as I have requested a reader twice and have not recieved even one.

Just to add on, if you'd prefer, you could visit a retail store to pick one up. While readers cost $10 in stores, you’ll find a $10 redemption code in the packaging which you can enter at square.com/redeem. Hope this helps!

Phone support is only offered to current customers.
I don't know why you have never received your readers. I received all 6 of my free ones within 10 days of ordering them. (not all were ordered at the same time but over multiple years).
