Our Company's owner changed. How can I change the owner's name in Square?
A few spots you'll need to update
Accounts & Settings -> Personal Information. Chage the email used for all square communications.
Accounts & Settings -> Authorized Representative. Change the name of the owner or add the new owner then delete the former.
Employees -> Employee List. Find the Owner role and chane all necessary information. Also, check your employee list for the owner as well, probably listed under an Administrative role. You'll need to deactivate them.
If you're using Square Payroll there are probably some other steps to do as well, but I don't use it right now. Perhaps @pessosices or @VanKalkerFarms can help?
