I just hired on a new employee and added her to my payroll. When she received the invitation email, she downloaded the Square Team app and attempted several times to create an account. Every time she gets an error message that it's not accepting the code from the email. I even tried sending her a new invitation email, but she had the same result. Please help! She starts on Monday and I want her to be able to access the schedule and do her clock in and out from the app! Also, this is my third employee I have added over the last year and the first 2 did not have any issues like this.
@furryblessings Low tech solution, see if she has a different e-mail address and try changing her e-mail and see if she can sign up then. 9 times out of 10 it is the employee error doing the initial account set up. Also it is worth a shot to have her click forgot password. There is always a possibility she had an account set up with a previous employer, maybe?
