I only use credit cards squared is saying I had a cash payment in a large amount worth more than my business how can this be fixed

Unfortunately, if a cash transaction is mistakenly entered, it can't be deleted. You can refund the transaction so it doesn't show up as net income, but it will still show up as gross income. We had a problem when one of our kids ran up a million dollar sale. It just really messed up our reports for that time period.

Sorry to hear about this, @Rl. If the payment was entered as cash tender by accident — you can refund it as @VanKalkerFarms suggested but we aren't able to delete the transaction from your reports. Feel free to let our Support Team know if you'd like to have them take a closer look.
