My business has hourly employees who's hours are not tracked through Square.

My business employs several individuals who do not have POS access because their job descriptions do not require them to check out customer purchases.  Am I able to manually enter their time cards into square and pay them through direct deposit?

Welcome to the Community. 

Yes, if you're using the Payroll program you would be able to manually enter their timecard information. They would still have to sign up for Payroll on their end, so they can get the direct deposit. 

If you'd like - you can have them clock in and out on your device to save you some time. There are different permissions you can set up to make it easy too.
