My balance doesn’t reflect the transaction

I have been getting orders online and my balance doesn’t reflect the amount of money and or  products I have sold

It's tough to investigate why your Online Sales are not matching your Square Balance since we can't see account specifics here in Community - I say reach out to our CS Team so they can pull up your reports to help make sense of them: squ.re/contact
