We are looking to set up Square Stands in each of our concessions stands, and need to have Point of Sale, Reporting by Stand, and Time Management/Scheduling for each concession stands where a Square Stand is to be installed. Is this possible? Does any one have a similar setup with a single location?

Yup!! Sounds doable.
With Team Management, you can create schedules for your employees, generate timecards to easily track their time, and access advanced reporting like Labor Costs and Employee Sales.
As for reporting by stand, I recommend creating multiple locations (name each one something distinguishable) and log into each stand with their respective locations to separate sales.
