I am worried about missing an order, since I don't receive an email when I get an order. I change my address months ago, and I still haven't been getting email notifications for months. The only way I know an order came in is from my bank. I have spent hours searching for places to update my email address and there are many places it requires it update, but yet nothing updates.
I have searched help in community and wow, the answers are very vague except to call for support. Changing an email shouldn't be so complicated.
Otherwise I am excited for sales online to increase due to high gas prices.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with getting your email changed. Until someone from support can get that changed for you, I might have a solution for you. I actually went to the square app that I have downloaded on my phone and turned on the notifications for when I receive an order. Since doing that every online order I receive I get alert pop-ups on my phone. Hope this helps.
