Manual refund question

Is there  a way to be able to  process a refund when you cannot located the transaction?  Can you just load a gift card with the refund amount ?

I'm not sure what you mean by can't locate the transaction.

Do you mean just which transaction it is on your Transactions tab?

Refunding to a gift card wouldn't be an option here unless you used your own funds to load one and give it to the customer. That would be up to you.
