Manage Payouts of Winnings

We are considering selling Pull Tabs since we are a charity.  Selling is the easy part. Enter item, price and quantity. My question is how would we track payment of winners? Can we set up a "Pay Out" tab that would keep track of winners paid out? I'm know Square tracks Tips paid out, can it track Winnings Paid out as well?

Since pull tabs are considered a form of gambling, they'd actually be against our Terms of Service to use our platform for. So our system would not be designed for this no.

You'd need to sell these outside of Square and manage them that way.
