Loyalty stars not working today.But has been working up till now. Dashboard says active. Is there a setting or something to fix? I even did a check out to myself to see if I received my star. And i did not. How do i fix this?

We had a short issue that impacted the Loyalty features and the ability to redeem rewards and receive stars.
Our engineering team identified the issue Thursday morning and resolved it shortly after.
Everything should be working for you as normal now, but let me know if you're still having trouble.
We had a similar experience. Next time one of those loyal customers comes in, you can pull up their name (or phone) from the customer tab in the menu and add a star to their profile to make up for the one they missed.

That's what we were instructing sellers to do that ran into this as well. Sorry if this caused you any trouble, and I'm happy you were able to use that workaround to get you through it while we got things fixed.
