Low Stock alerts

I'm not receiving a low or out of stock alerts in my email.  How do I get it started again

Hi @KLM

 

You'll want to enable Inventory Tracking for your items in your Individual Location Dashboard. 

 

Sign in to your Square Dashboard, head to the Item Library, click on any item and under the "Inventory" heading, select that location. 

 

From the Location Dashboard, make sure all of the items you want to track have this feature turned on.

I haven't been getting any for the past few days either. I have inventory tracking turned on for most of my items, and have been getting the emails for years, but noticed I haven't received them in the last few days. This seems to be a bug...

Also noticed I didn't get a deposit email from Saturday's sales either. I checked back in email--last Daily Sales Summary report was 7/3. Last deposit email was 7/6. I should've gotten at least one today--sometimes 2 on a Monday. Seems like all of my email notifications are having issues!

@llij96 I know we were having some issues with AT&T domains blocking our Square emails. But if you use a domain other than AT&T and you're still not receiving those email notifications, you might want to go ahead and contact our Customer Success Team so they can do some further investigating.

I did, and they advised me of the AT&T issue (which is my domain). I did get the low stock & deposit email this morning, but no sales summary last night, so partially working now. Thanks.
