To get started, you're right, it's pretty hard to track down a Square Stand for the iPad 2. We stopped making them a few years ago. 😕 I have been able to occasionally spot some on Amazon/eBay, but for much more money than someone should have to pay!
Since Apple wasn't able to include the required wireless technology into the iPad 2 when it launched, you're right, it unfortunately cannot connect wirelessly to our newest reader.
Have you considered our Square Chip Card Reader as an alternative? It will work great with your iPad 2!
