Items are delivered in items but show as pending online

I have delivery orders that were marked as delivered through the app.  Under orders, they show as completed, but under online they still show as pending.  The only option I have is to mark them as ready and it will notify the customers to pick up, which I do not want to do. The items were already delivered on Monday.

@egift Can you share a screenshot of where you're seeing the orders show "mark as ready"? (Be sure to leave out or mark through any personal information.)

Here are screen shots of the same orders showing as completed orders (under orders), as pending (under online) and the option it gives me to change the status to mark as ready.  It says it will notify the customer their items are ready for pickup but these were all delivery orders.  Thank you.

@egift I'm stepping in for Nika since I've come across this thread. I would recommend contacting Weebly Support on this one as it seems to be a syncing issue. They may need to get engineering involved.
