I currently use an online booking provider that has an automated Waitlist option for days that are fully booked, or lack sufficient remaining time for specific services. In the event of a cancellation, the first person on that list is notified of the opening, and they can either choose to book it, or the next person is notified until the list is exhausted or the opening is filled.
So far I haven’t seen this as an option, but maybe I’m just not finding it.

I really would love to have this feature available. Competitors like Vagaro offer it and I think it's a missed opportunity for Square to not offer it. We are missing clients by not having this feature available I fear.

The option to have a waitlist is an overdue feature.
I would love to see this feature, I am debating on leaving square appointments for something that is more suited for my riding lesson business.
