There are so many customers that it's hard to always remember what the customer ordered, especially when the order is like "12oz caramel latte with ice and hemp", and 70% of the words are additions to the initial order. Right now baristas are writing down the oreders, but I was curious: is there an easy way to pull up a screen on Square App with all recent orders, so baristas can see what was ordered?
I know that I can use "Transactions", but it's hard to take an order, accept payment, print a check, go to transactions, then again accept order from the next customer. Also, transactons don't show the exact additions we made. I'd prefer something like a "swipe up from "Items" screen to see recent orders".
P. S. Is there a way to display orders on a second screen, like baristas iPhone or iPad?
