Kind of. It won't be an app, but it will be available for online purchases.

Check out the Online Store section of your web dashboard. Square has a free built-in eCommerce solution.

I know Square is working towards migrating everyone over to the weebly platform, but my store hasn't been converted yet. I can't offer advice on how to set that one up unfortunately.

However, if you get put into the legacy Online Store environment, you can create Electronic items that allow you to accept payment before downloading. Once you have enabled the online store, go over to the Store Editor and add items, pictures, etc. Just make sure you set the fulfillment type to Electronic.
