I sell dip mixes and I take from my inventory the mixes I make for samples at craft shows. I have been manully changing them but that does not give me a report of the items withdrawn. I need to be able to track those and items I take for personal use or gifts.
Yes you have to go into your point of sale and you can either "comp"
something under your name or I also added 20% off for friends and family and 40% for staff for our retail. I did have to sign up for square retail which is an additional cost (totally worth it).
I only do shows about 9 months out of the year and paying for a program when I'm not using it is tough. But it might come to that . Thank you for your reply.
