Is there a way to restrict employees' access to the new Sales Report in the Point of Sale App?

Is there a way to turn that off? I like the idea, but I don't necessarily want my employees having access to all that information, for various reasons.

@ResetArcade @meredithk Yes you can restrict your team's access to this report with Team Management features: 

  1. From the Team section of your online Square Dashboard > click Permissions > then select a role. (Or click Team Permissions to edit that role.)
  2. Scroll down to Access Shared Point of Sale > uncheck the box next to View Reports.
  3. Click Save to save your changes.

I agrees with @ResetArcade, it is a good idea, but we don't want our employees to necessarily see that information either. Hopefully there is a way to turn it off.

Hi @simone0321 - With Team Management, you can restrict access and visibly into certain areas of the POS, including the Reports tab. Check out the best answer on this thread for steps!

I have been using Square for our campuses to sell books. We also didn't want the volunteers to have access to all the dashboard things.  Team member permission was working until I downloaded an updated Square app... This set up is completely different than on the other ipads. Now, I log in to the location using a device code and go to settings, I can change everything without logging the account password.  I can add Gift Cards, Open Tickets, Time Tracking... I liked the other way the system was set up.  What am I doing wrong?
