I have a machine in my spa that I share with another employee. Is there a way to prevent double booking this machine?
Thanks for your post @fteegardin! Currently there isn't a way to specifically reserve a piece of a equipment with Square Appointments. In theory, you could set up the machine as if it were a member of Staff itself, that way only one Appointment for it could be booked at a time.
Or you could add a note to the relevant Appointment that you'll be using the machine. Notes are only visible to other staff members, and can be viewed from the Appointments Details.
I hope this helps! I'll also let the Appointments team know that you'd like a way to reserve shared equipment.
I do bounce house rentals and this would be a huge benefit to me as well! I don't book using Square because of this lacking feature.
Did you ever get set up? I do as well and would like to get this all lines out!
