Is there a way to pay for bills, goods, etc in the point of sale app? If not can someone recommend a good app to keep track of my expenditures? Thanks.
Short of using the Paid Out feature where you take cash out of your drawer to pay for something, the main Point of Sale app does not have any other expenditure tracking. (Maybe Square for Retail does? I'm not sure about that product)
The "standard" in business is to use QuickBooks. Square then has ways to link reporting to QuickBooks to speed up data entry.
Your best bet is to talk to your accountant about what software they are comfortable with and get that.
