Is there a way to manually Sync my website to my Facebook shop?

My Facebook shop is stuck to the products that I had when I connected my website to it, hasn't updated anything since. It's been months now and a lot has changed. 

Is there a way to click a button and update it myself instead of waiting for it to sync?
