Is there a way to have two taxes simultaneously applied to an item?

In Rhode Island we have a sales tax (7%) and a food and beverage tax (1%). Technically they're supposed to be line itemed out separately. I can see where I can add boht taxes in on the platform, but when I apply both to an item it only seems to take one of them. Is this possible to do?

yes, you can have multiple tax rates setup and applied to items.  You have to make sure both are turned on after you make them.

Thanks for the reply. I did put both taxes in and applied them to my test item. When I added the item to an order only one of the taxes seemed to take. It seemed like a glitch since I figured it would work the way you described. I'll give it another try I guess. Thanks!
