Is there a way to have appointments viewable but not bookable online?

Is there a way to have appointment descriptions viewable to a client online but not actually bookable? I offer both an in salon and home service and would like clients to be able to read the description of each but be prompted to call me when opting for an in home service. TIA

I just tried testing in my demo by toggling off bookable by customers from the edit service page, but it disappears from my booking site. It doesn't look like there's a way to show services but disallow them from being booked.
