I'm trying to send an email to abandoned carts. I would like to be able to have at least a couple of variables that will change based on customer:
1) a salutation, with the customer's name (i.e., "Dear XXXX,")
2) a link to that customer's specific abandoned cart, as a button they can click
Can anyone help?

Hey @JohnMcArdle! I wish this was something we offered but we just don't at this time.
You could check in with the partner apps that are under the Marketing & Analytics tab in your Dashboard and see if they offer this function. Hopefully we can have some other sellers chime in and give us some information if they're currently using a third party vendor to accomplish this type of email.
