Is there a way to contact customers with 10 loyalty stars to let them know to come in and use their discount?

Welcome to the Seller Community and thanks for posting 👍🏼

The Email Marketing tool allows you to send reminders to Loyalty members that are 1 star away. 

You can create targeted groups with the folks who have 10 stars and send them an announcement email as well to let them know they've got some rewards waiting to be redeemed.
