Is there a way to allow our customers to set up a charge account through the online store?

We use our online store for supply ordering and would like each of our customers to be able to charge it to an/their account.  They would then send us payment for an entire month worth of supplies instead of being required to pay each time they checkout.

Currently the ability to charge a single monthly amount and correlate it with a set of items is a feature request.
