Why can't there be an area in the dashboard that goes directly to Gift Cards? A place to show how many have been purchased when they were purchased, by whom and their identifying data for easy clearing, both E-cards and Plastic Cards. When they were cleared would be helpful as well.
I don't sell a lot of them, but when I do I have to hunt down a way to clear the balance. It becomes so frustrating I feel like discontinuing them altogether.
I am a sole proprietor of a massage business and I don't need half of the new options you keep putting out. But this would be so helpful to everyone.

While you should be able to take action upon gift cards via the Point of Sale fairly easily, I understand the need for clearer/more complete Gift Card management on the dashboard.
I recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers' interest in your request.
Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).
