my pos software for our samsung phones are not seeing the mini printer

Hey @curiouscreator. You'll want to take a look at Tom's Best Answer on this Community Thread to view a list of printers that are supported with Android devices.

The munbyn mini thermal printer isn't on that list. Hopefully you can find a printer from our compatibility list that you can use.
